Hello! Thank you for stopping today. I have a travelers notebook spread to share with you using some of the new Catherine Pooler Designs products.
Last November, Easton was born. Of course for his first Christmas he needed a Santa outfit. I thought it would go perfect with the Nice List stamp set and I even used a slimline die!
I pulled out an older Heidi Swapp paper line for this spread. Using one of the papers, I grabbed my Catherine Pooler – Doodle Windows slimline die and cut it out.
Slimline does are perfect for travelers notebook pages. For the album I store mine in, I had to just trim 1/4” off of the ends. You can add a pattern paper border to one (or both) sides and you have created a great page element!
My base paper is white cardstock. Using Catherine Pooler amazing inks, I ink blended the background behind the circles. I used Green Tea, Eucalyptus, and the NEW Deck the Halls inks.
I Copic colored a few of the images from Nice list, die cut them and placed them on the page.
On the photo side, I stamped “Candy Cane Wishes” on the reverse side of one of the circles punched out from the Slimlime die. And I used one of the larger circles to matte it.
I stamped “holly jolly” only from Nice List on a tag and added the upper right.
I had so much fun creating this layout! And I love that cute little Santa!
Thanks for stopping by today! Have an awesome and crafty day!
