I love collecting clear stamps from all sorts of companies. I don't always know how I'm going to use them, and sometimes I don't use them. But lately I've been challenging myself to use the stamps I purchase.
Today I'm going to share a card I created using the Mama Elephant stamp set "The Dog's Woof" and coordinating die. I purchased this set from my local scrapbook store, K & Krafts. I have told Kay's employees to always make sure I buy the matching die, if one is offered. I'm not one to fussy cut and if I can afford it, I like to purchase the coordinating die.
I stamped The Dog's Woof on a piece of white card stock and colored it in with a simple color palette of blues and pinks with my Brea Reese Water-Based Markers and Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. After the image was colored, I cut it out with the coordinating die.
I popped up the image with foam adhesive on a piece of Crate Paper: Good Vibes pattern paper I grabbed from the Clique Kits February 2018 kit.
I laid out a stamp from Concord & 9th - Everyday Greetings to add a sentiment to the card. As well as stamp one of the single pups, party hat and star balloon from the Mama Elephant set to add to the card.
I stamped the greeting in black Versifine ink and added clear embossing powder to add dimension.
And here is the completed card.
